Requirements and explanation of the user access levels.
We have split the user access levels into 4 categories: Basic, Advanced, Estimator/Detailer and Engineer.
To understand which access level best suits you, below you can find who these user levels are best for:
- Basic is for users who understand the AS 1684 building code and are looking to design simple structures without complex loads or deflection.
- Advanced is for users who understand AS 1684 building code and are looking to design simple structures with complex loads. This level cannot exceed code limits for deflection.
- Estimator/Detailer is for users with an understanding of AS 1684, who are employed as a Frame & Truss Estimator or Detailer designing complex structures. Will have access to features (with warnings) outside of the AS 1684 building code.
- Engineering is for qualified engineers looking to design complex structures. Can access all features, including those outside of the AS 1684 building code.

If you're current access level is below what you require or are eligible for, you can advance your access by simply clicking your name in the top right-hand corner of the Hyne Design software and selecting 'Request access level'. Fill in the form and submit.
Once you've submitted you will receive an email with next steps, whether that be training or having your qualifications reviewed.
